Punjabi Headline(HS KITY) Christian Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab, receives the SKOCH Gold award for Social impact in the in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) category

CMC Ludhiana received the prestigious SKOCH Gold award in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) for excellence in patient care, innovation teaching/training strategies, fund raising initiatives and ongoing research.
The esteemed SKOCH award is bestowed after a rigorous qualitative evaluation of various industrial and social enterprises for their contributions and social impact. CMC Ludhiana stood out as the first stem cell transplant program in Punjab since 2008 who does transplants in Thalassemia and other Hematological (Blood) diseases with results comparable to other Indian and International transplant centers.
This award was received by Dr. M Joseph John and Mrs. Sangeetha Samuel at a function at the India Habitat Center, New Delhi on 29/03/2024.
