To commemorate World Hepatitis Day on 28th July, the Departments of Microbiology and Medicine at DMC College Campus organized an engaging Undergraduate Quiz on Hepatitis for the MBBS Batch of 2021. 
The event was enriched by the presence of senior faculty members including Dr. Veenu Gupta, Professor & Head, Department of Microbiology; Dr. Vandana Midha, Professor, Department of Medicine; Dr. Vipin Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Medicine; and Dr. Eshani Dewan, Associate Professor, Department of Microbiology.
The quiz saw enthusiastic participation, with students showcasing commendable awareness and understanding of Hepatitis, its types, prevention, diagnosis, and management.
Such academic events serve as impactful platforms to sensitize young medical minds about pressing public health issues, and stress on the importance of preventive strategies in routine medical care. The event reflected DMC&H’s strong focus on education-driven health awareness and public health advocacy.
